Enrolment Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome to Jump and Jive PTY LTD. We're excited to have your child join us for dance classes. 

Please take a moment to read and understand our terms and conditions:

We acknowledge that dance activities involve some risk of personal injury, and despite our best efforts, accidents may happen. By clicking "I AGREE" or submitting this form, as a parent/guardian, I agree to all terms, disclaimers, policies, and assume all risk associated with the use of spaces provided by Jump and Jive PTY LTD.

 

We release Jump and Jive PTY LTD, including teachers, dancers, students, staff members, contractors, and facilities from any claims or demands related to personal injury or property damage that may occur during or after classes.

 

Photography/Video

We seek your permission to use photographs/videos of your child for publicity and advertising. If you wish to revoke this consent, please contact a Jump and Jive PTY LTD team member for the appropriate release form.

 

Safe Place Policy - Zero Tolerance Policy

Jump and Jive PTY LTD maintains a safe and supportive environment. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for any form of harm, bullying, or abuse, whether physical or verbal. Parents/guardians and students are urged to report concerns to administration for resolution.

 

'Feet on the Floor' Policy

For everyone's safety, we have a strict 'Feet on the Floor' policy. Students must refrain from performing tricks or acrobatic moves without teacher approval. Failure to adhere may result in a short break as a reminder of the importance of safety.

 

Term Fees

Term fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full or with an official payment plan before the first class. Exceptions may be considered by the Director in rare cases such as injury or relocation. Failure to settle fees on time may result in the student not being allowed to join class.

 

Late Fees/Admin Fees

A 10% admin fee is added to any outstanding invoice, and late fees apply after a 7-day grace period. Payment plans must be kept current to avoid late fees. Unsettled invoices may incur additional admin fees.

 

All Fees and Sales are Final

No refunds are provided for term fees or any other purchases.

 

By selecting "Agree" on your booking form and creating a client account, I confirm my understanding and acceptance of all the above terms.
